Refund policy

Dream Clothing offers easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Since our pieces are handmade with hand embroidery, slight variations in color, sizing, or embellishment placement may occur and are not considered defects.

To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp (0333-6369434) or email (dreamclothing.pk@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the item. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

As most orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued as store credit or exchanged for another item, not as cash refunds, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect — in which case a full refund will be arranged.
